My love for fitness began early on! I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BS in Exercise Science. My career propelled in the same direction. After being the Co-owner of the dance and gymnastics of the Performing Arts Center in New Albany, MS I began teaching swimming for the past 17 years. As a currently certified ISR swimming instructor I am excited about broadening my business to include the aquaBelly® brand of programs.

New Albany, MS classes will begin in 2023 at our brand new state of the art indoor pool! I can't wait to bring our Water Fitness & Wellness programs to all ages in the area!
