I'm a Mississippi native with an extensive career in the healthcare industry as a Director of a long term care facility. My passion is taking care of humans and animals alike. I serves as Coordinator of AAT (Animal Assisted Therapy) for over 10 years as well as caring for multiple therapy dogs and my beloved Ayla, a Canine Companion for Independence Service Dog. I've been a certified swimming, ISR instructor, pediatric rehab and autistic aquatics instructor for the past 15 years. When I'm rarely out of the water I enjoy time with my family cooking and gardening.

Central, MS classes will begin in spring 2023. I am looking forward to being able to offer a wide range of aquaBelly® Water Fitness & Wellness programs in MIssissippi!
